The Pipeline is a 2-year commitment to intentional training for the next generation of ministers.  We recognize that our responsibility as a church to make disciples means at every level and in every position.  Our heart, as a staff, is to develop, share, and help young men and women who feel called by God to ministry. We aim to provide a safe place for them to grow a deep love for God's church and be mentored by a staff with more than 100 years of ministry experience to impact Arkansas, America, and the world.

Areas of Focus

There are a number of current avenues of ministry, and as the years go by those avenues increase. There are spots for those interested in Video/Communications, Music, Youth, College, Children's, Administration, Lead Pastor, Missons, Pastoral Care, or Church Planting.

What can I expect?

The goal of the Pipeline is to see God's church loved, staffed, and shepherded well.  Our greatest hope, as a staff and a church, is that through the Pipeline we would see churches across the country well-staffed with men and women who love God, His bride, and their community well.  A Pipeline graduate will have functioned in and seen every aspect of the church from the inside out and walked with their staff mentor through 2 years of ministry as a volunteer, member, and ultimately as a leader.  You will leave with a wealth of experience in hands-on ministry and a litany of mentors for a life of walking with God and helping others to do the same.

What you can expect from us:

  • Targeted discipleship in your chosen ministry area

  • Mentorship along with other Pipeline participants

  • To be challenged to be all that God has for you

  • Equipping for future ministry

  • To learn hands-on ministry

  • To learn a love for God’s church

What we can expect from you:

  • Full & faithful commitment (active volunteer, as a member or by watchcare)

  • Active follower of Jesus Christ

  • 5 hours/week in year one

  • 10 hours/week in year two

  • Teachable spirit

  • Discipleship group (D-Group) membership and participation

Semester Focus

As a church, we want to impart the core of who we are into our residents: Bible, Multi-generational, Intentional relationships, and Prayer. This also includes a summer of exposing our residents to the nations to broaden our world view and better understand our role in World Evangelism.  During the first year, we will heavily invest in our residents as they learn and grow, then in the second year we will assign more responsibility in the resident's area of interest to prepare each resident for a life of ministry and entrust him or her to the Lord as He leads them to what is next.
